ACT ZERO — THE STAGED SURVEY KIT
Project: CLOSE THE GAP · Workstream W0
Goal: Doomsday survival tech (goal_732163d70399)
Staged: 2026-11-02
Status: STAGED — NOT WALKED
Surveyor: Chris, with household facts from Mircy where a location or applicability line needs both adults
Estimated owner time: 90–130 minutes, ESTIMATED — most likely around 110 minutes for a full pantry count. This is the walk-and-report time only; Muse’s grading time is not owner time.
HOW THIS WALK WORKS — READ THIS FIRST
What you are doing
You are taking one slow pass through the house and telling Muse what is actually there: how many, where, what date is printed on it, and what you could not count. That is all. You are not organizing, cleaning, buying, testing equipment, or fixing any gap during the walk.
The survey follows the Fallout Protocol Checklist’s Act Zero, AZ-1 through AZ-14. Its output is not a shopping list yet. Its output is a dated inventory with three kinds of lines:
- COUNTED — you saw it and counted it.
- OWNER-VERIFIED ABSENT — you know, and explicitly say, that the house does not have it.
- GAP — UNKNOWN — you could not find it, reach it, read it, or count it during the walk.
The one rule that matters most
STOP RULE — Anything unknown stays UNKNOWN. Do not estimate on the walk.
That means:
- Do not turn “some batteries in a drawer” into a number. Count them by size, or mark the drawer UNKNOWN.
- Do not guess the gallons in a partly filled container. Count it as a partial container and mark its volume UNKNOWN, unless a printed fill line or label gives an exact volume.
- Do not guess food calories. Photograph the nutrition label or mark kcal UNKNOWN; Muse will do the arithmetic from the label.
- Do not call something zero because it was not in the first place you looked. Zero is allowed only when you explicitly say OWNER-VERIFIED ABSENT.
- Do not climb, lift heavy water containers, unplug equipment, start a generator, fill a tub, or open sealed/private containers just to complete a line. Mark the line UNKNOWN and keep moving.
If you get tired, stop. Tell Muse which stop you reached. The rest remains NOT WALKED, not failed and not zero. You can resume later; the survey will carry both dates.
What to have in your hand
- Your phone, for notes, dictation, and photographs.
- A flashlight, only if a shelf or garage corner is too dark to read safely.
- Nothing else. No tape measure, no scale, and no cleaning supplies are required.
How to report each stop
Send one message per stop if you can. That prevents one giant message and lets Muse grade as you go. Copy this shape:
STOP [#] — [name]
Date/time started:
COUNTED:
- [item] — [quantity] — [location] — [expiry / capacity / date printed, if any]
PHOTOS SENT:
- [what the photo shows: shelf front / container label / nutrition label / battery size]
COULD NOT COUNT OR READ:
- [item or line] — UNKNOWN — [reason: not found / could not reach / label unreadable / did not open]
OWNER-VERIFIED ABSENT:
- [item] — only list this if you are actually sure the house does not have it
END OF STOP [#]
Short fragments are fine. Muse will ask only about a line that changes the grade; otherwise the line stays as reported.
Photo rules
Photographs are for shelves, containers, product fronts, nutrition labels, battery sizes, capacities, and expiry dates.
Do not photograph:
- prescription labels or medication names;
- IDs, insurance cards, account papers, or document contents;
- cash;
- Rin;
- Rin’s communication board or any of her personal content;
- screens showing passwords, keys, tokens, or private account information.
For documents and medications, report categories, counts, dates, and Y/N states only, as the stops below specify.
What Muse does with each report
For every stop, Muse returns a short grading receipt:
- lines accepted as OWNER-REPORTED with the survey date;
- lines left UNKNOWN and why;
- Checklist sections touched;
- running days of cover where the arithmetic is valid: - water: counted gallons ÷ 3; - household food: counted kcal ÷ ~5,400; - a specific supply: units on hand ÷ units used per day;
- any double-count warning — for example, Rin-familiar food counted once in the pantry and cross-referenced, not counted again, in her section.
At the end, Muse fills the grading table at the back of this kit and prints the household tier as UNVERIFIED if any essential line remains unknown.
THE ONE-PASS ROUTE
Walk in this order. If the Pavilion/Myth corner is inside a bedroom, office, or garage, grade it when you are already in that room and do not backtrack.

STOP 0 — START POINT + HOUSEHOLD FACTS
Checklist mapping: AZ-1 · AZ-11 · §§6, 10, 11
Where: wherever the household would gather for a storm plan. Do not walk the house yet.
Report these facts
- [ ] Survey date and start time.
- [ ] Home construction: stick-built / block / manufactured / other / UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Most-interior windowless room: name the room, or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Cooling destination 1: place + whose / public / UNKNOWN. Do not invent an invitation; report only a destination the household actually has.
- [ ] Cooling destination 2: place or NONE KNOWN / UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Flood posture of the house’s street: owner’s plain-words report, or UNKNOWN. Do not diagnose from memory if unsure.
- [ ] Polk County alert channel: following Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Utility outage channel: following Y/N/UNKNOWN; name the utility only if known.
- [ ] Paper map on hand: Y/N/UNKNOWN. Location comes later if it is stored elsewhere.
Do not do at this stop
- Do not choose a destination during the walk if none exists. An unnamed destination is a real GAP for W3/W5.
- Do not report a relative’s or friend’s house as available unless that arrangement is actually understood by the household.
STOP 1 — KITCHEN + PANTRY
Checklist mapping: AZ-2 · AZ-3 · AZ-13 · §1 Water · §2 Food · §3 Sanitation starter items if stored here · §12B Rin-familiar foods
This is the longest stop. Work shelf by shelf, left to right, and do not reorganize as you go.
1A — Drinking water in the kitchen/pantry
For each separate group of containers, report:
- [ ] Container type and material, if printed.
- [ ] Printed capacity per container.
- [ ] Number full and sealed.
- [ ] Number full but opened.
- [ ] Number partial — volume UNKNOWN unless an exact fill line is readable.
- [ ] Number empty and held for refilling.
- [ ] Whether each empty container is food-grade: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Fill date or “best by” date printed on each group, if any.
- [ ] Exact location.
Photograph: one shelf/front photo per group and one close label photo showing capacity/date if the text is small.
Grading note for Muse: counted gallons = full-container printed capacity only. Opened-but-visibly-full containers may be counted at printed capacity only if the owner states they are full; partials contribute UNKNOWN gallons, not an estimate.
1B — Water treatment and off-grid boiling, if stored here
Count or report UNKNOWN for each:
- [ ] Water filter units — type/class printed on the package, if readable.
- [ ] Spare filter elements/cartridges.
- [ ] Unscented household bleach — number of bottles, concentration if printed, purchase/expiry date if printed. Do not open a bottle to check.
- [ ] Camp stove or other off-grid boiling method stored in the kitchen.
- [ ] Fuel canisters for that method — count and printed size.
- [ ] Kettle or boil pot usable on that method — Y/N/UNKNOWN.
Photograph: filter package front and any printed contaminant class; fuel canister label.
1C — Household food
Group identical items together. For each group, report:
- [ ] Item name in plain words.
- [ ] Number of unopened packages.
- [ ] Number of opened packages — report separately; do not merge them into the unopened count.
- [ ] Package size/net weight if printed.
- [ ] Earliest expiry or best-by date in the group.
- [ ] Number already expired, counted separately.
- [ ] Location.
Photograph the nutrition label for every distinct item where kcal are not obvious from a prior identical label in the same stop. Muse needs:
- kcal per serving;
- servings per package;
- package count.
Muse calculates kcal/package = kcal per serving × servings per package, then multiplies by the unopened package count. If the label cannot be photographed or read, mark that item’s kcal UNKNOWN.
Also count:
- [ ] Manual can opener — quantity and location. An electric opener does not satisfy this line.
- [ ] Pet food, only if a pet is actually in the household: item, quantity, expiry. If no pet, write N/A — no pet stated on this walk.
1D — Rin-familiar foods — count here, cross-reference at Stop 4
Make a separate pile/list in your report — do not move the food — for the shelf-stable foods her parents state she reliably eats:
- [ ] Item.
- [ ] Unopened package count.
- [ ] Nutrition-label photo or kcal UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Earliest expiry.
- [ ] Usual household use: packages per week, only if actually known; otherwise UNKNOWN.
Do not count this food a second time at Stop 4. Stop 4 records the cross-reference and the parents’ applicability word; the kcal live here, once.
1E — Anything medical or first-aid stored in the kitchen
If the household keeps first-aid or medication supplies here instead of a bathroom, report them under Stop 2’s privacy rules and note “counted at Stop 1” so they are not double-counted.
STOP 2 — BATHROOMS + SANITATION / MEDICAL STORAGE
Checklist mapping: AZ-4 · AZ-11 · AZ-13 · §3 Sanitation · §7 Medical continuity · §12D Rin supply classes if stored here
Privacy stop. Counts and windows only. No medication names in chat. No label photographs.
2A — Daily medications — private-count method
Use codes. Do not send drug names, doses, conditions, or label photos.
For each daily medication container group, report only:
MED A — [# containers] — [days on hand: # or UNKNOWN] —
next refill date/window: [date/window or UNKNOWN] —
90-day supply asked of prescriber/pharmacy: [Y / N / UNKNOWN]
Repeat as MED B, MED C, and so on.
- “Days on hand” means the household’s own count from the supply and its normal daily use.
- If days on hand cannot be worked out safely during the walk, write UNKNOWN. Do not open, pour out, or count individual pills on camera.
- The household’s private paper medication list — names and doses — is reported only as: exists Y/N · location · last updated date or UNKNOWN. The list itself is not photographed or sent.
- Report any medication that must stay cold as cold-chain medication exists: Y/N, with no name.
2B — First aid
Count what is present by class, not by brand story:
- [ ] Adhesive bandages — boxes/packs and whether opened.
- [ ] Gauze / larger dressings — packs.
- [ ] Antiseptic wipes/solution — packs/bottles.
- [ ] Pain/fever medicine kept as household stock — containers and expiry; use the MED-code privacy rule if it is a prescription item.
- [ ] Thermometer — count and whether it powers on; do not hunt for batteries if that would derail the walk — battery state may be UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Tweezers / small scissors / tape — present Y/N each.
- [ ] Any first-aid item already expired — count separately.
2C — Sanitation and hygiene stock
Count:
- [ ] Garbage bags — boxes/rolls and printed count per box/roll if shown.
- [ ] Wipes — unopened packs; opened packs separately.
- [ ] Hand soap — bars/bottles.
- [ ] Hand sanitizer — bottles.
- [ ] Paper towels — rolls.
- [ ] Toilet paper — rolls.
- [ ] Bucket(s) that could serve the non-flush kit — count and location.
- [ ] Bucket liners / heavy bags for that bucket — count or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Absorbent material / cat-litter-class supply, only if actually on hand — bags and printed weight.
- [ ] Portable-toilet bags/supplies, only if actually on hand — count.
- [ ] Laundry detergent — containers and roughly full/opened state as full / opened / partial-volume UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Dish soap — bottles.
2D — The bathtub as the non-drinking tier
Do not fill anything. Report only:
- [ ] Tub exists and drain holds water as far as the household knows: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Tub stopper present: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Water bladder on hand: Y/N; if yes, packaged capacity and location.
The tub is a later hygiene/flushing source in the field-guide pattern. It is not counted as drinking water in this survey.
2E — Rin supply classes stored in bathrooms
Her parents state applicability. Muse does not assume any class applies.
For each class her parents name as applicable, report:
- [ ] Class in the parents’ plain words.
- [ ] Units on hand.
- [ ] Usual use: units per day, or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Expiry date if the package carries one.
For a class her parents state does not apply, write N/A — parents’ word. If applicability is not stated, write UNKNOWN, never N/A.
STOP 3 — BEDROOMS, CLOSETS + MAIN SHELTER ROOM
Checklist mapping: AZ-6 · AZ-8 · AZ-9 · AZ-10 · §5 Light · §6 Heat/cooling · §9 Documents · §10 Communications
Include the room named as the most-interior shelter room at Stop 0, even if it is not a bedroom.
3A — Light where people sleep and shelter
Count:
- [ ] Working flashlights — by room. “Working” means you switched it on during the walk and it lit.
- [ ] Lanterns — by room, and whether each lit when switched on.
- [ ] Headlamps — count and working Y/N each.
- [ ] Spare batteries — count by printed size (AA / AAA / C / D / 9V / CR123 / other). Photograph mixed battery drawers only if individual sizes cannot be dictated; otherwise count by size and report the count.
- [ ] Battery expiry dates — earliest date per size, if printed and readable; otherwise UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Rechargeable lights — charging cable present Y/N/UNKNOWN per device.
A flashlight that does not switch on is counted as present — NOT WORKING, not as a working light.
3B — Communications kept in bedrooms/living areas
Count or report UNKNOWN:
- [ ] Battery/hand-crank weather radio — count, location, and one live-reception check: turn it on, tune a weather broadcast, report RECEIVES Y/N. If it needs batteries that are not in it and cannot be installed quickly, report PRESENT — NOT TESTED.
- [ ] Two-way radios of any kind — count in pairs/units, type if printed, charger present Y/N.
- [ ] Printed family contact card — exists Y/N · location · last updated date or UNKNOWN. Do not photograph its contents.
- [ ] Printed copy of the household plan — exists Y/N · location.
- [ ] Paper map — exists Y/N · location · region covered if printed on the cover.
3C — Documents container
Report categories and states only. Do not open sealed envelopes for the walk and do not photograph contents.
- [ ] Documents are gathered in one place: Y/N.
- [ ] Container location.
- [ ] Container is waterproof: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — IDs: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — insurance papers: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — private paper medication list: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — contact card: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — household plan: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Category present — Act Zero survey record (after this walk): will live here Y/N.
- [ ] Second set photographed/scanned and held offline: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Full printed set separate from the originals: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
3D — Cash posture — owner-held number
- [ ] Small-bills cash float has been counted by the owner during this survey: COUNTED Y/N.
- [ ] Optional total, only if the owner chooses to state it in chat: $____. If not stated, Muse records owner-held total — NOT IN PROJECT RECORD.
- [ ] Denominations are small bills: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Location is known to both adults: Y/N/UNKNOWN. Do not report the hiding place in the survey message.
No photograph of cash, ever.
3E — Heat/cooling facts in the living space
- [ ] Fans — count by room, working Y/N each.
- [ ] The most-interior room has a door that closes: Y/N.
- [ ] Heavy blankets — count, plainly; these are household stock, not a cold-weather claim beyond the count.
- [ ] Any space heater present: count and type if printed. Presence is recorded; use is governed by the Protocol’s fire/CO rules, not by the survey.
STOP 4 — RIN’S SPACES
Checklist mapping: AZ-12 · AZ-13 · §2 Food cross-reference · §4 Power for her communication · §12 Rin — standalone
Parents’ word governs every line. No photographs of Rin. No photograph of her communication board or personal content. Her apps’ data is not part of this survey.
4A — Communication — never a single point of failure
Report states and locations only:
- [ ] Her AAC device is located: Y/N.
- [ ] Its charger is located with it or at a named charging place: Y/N.
- [ ] A dedicated, charged power bank for the device exists: Y/N · printed capacity if shown · charge state as displayed or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Printed communication board exists: Y/N.
- [ ] Printed board is current: Y/N/UNKNOWN — parents’ word only.
- [ ] Two printed copies exist: Y/N.
- [ ] Location of each copy, in plain room words.
- [ ] Offline videos/shows for her are present on a device: Y/N/UNKNOWN — parents’ report; Muse does not inspect the content.
Do not photograph the board. Existence, currency, copies, and location are the survey facts.
4B — Familiar foods — cross-reference only
The packages and kcal were counted once at Stop 1D.
- [ ] Parents confirm the Stop 1D list is the familiar-food list: Y/N.
- [ ] Any familiar shelf-stable food stored outside the kitchen/pantry: item, count, label photo or kcal UNKNOWN, location.
- [ ] Any familiar food the household knows is not stocked at all: name it as a GAP line in the parents’ words.
4C — Comfort and familiar activity
- [ ] The comfort item she would travel with is named in the parents’ words and located: Y/N · room.
- [ ] A familiar activity set (coloring / tablet with offline content / other in parents’ words) is assembled or locatable in one place: Y/N/UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Location of the set.
No photograph is needed. A photo of the comfort item alone is allowed only if the owner chooses to send one; it is never required.
4D — Her supply classes — applicability by her parents’ word
For every supply class already counted at Stop 2E, cross-reference the count. Then add any class stored in her spaces:
- [ ] Class in parents’ plain words.
- [ ] Units on hand here — plus the Stop 2E count if the same class is split across rooms.
- [ ] Usual use: units per day, or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Fastest-breaking class, if the parents can name it from use: class or UNKNOWN.
Mark non-applicable classes N/A — parents’ word only where her parents actually say so here or at Stop 2E. Everything unstated stays UNKNOWN.
4E — What this stop never does
- It does not measure Rin, test her, or grade her progress.
- It does not open her apps, boards, recordings, or exports.
- It does not move any of her information into the future kit-inventory app. Her section lives in this household paper record.
STOP 5 — GARAGE, UTILITY + BULK STORAGE
Checklist mapping: AZ-2 overflow · AZ-5 · AZ-6 overflow · AZ-11 · §1 Water overflow · §3 Sanitation staging · §4 Power · §5 Light overflow · §11 Vehicle/fuel support
Safety: do not start any engine or generator inside the garage. Do not move a heavy container to read its far side; mark the unread fact UNKNOWN.
5A — Bulk water
Repeat Stop 1A’s exact method for every water group stored here:
- [ ] Container type/material · printed capacity · full-sealed count · full-opened count · partial count with volume UNKNOWN unless exactly marked · empty food-grade count · fill/best-by dates · location.
- [ ] Any water stored in a container that is not food-grade: count it separately and label it NON-DRINKING / UNKNOWN GRADE. It never enters the drinking-water grade.
5B — Generator and fuel — existence before details
First line, answer exactly one:
- [ ] Generator: PRESENT / OWNER-VERIFIED ABSENT / UNKNOWN — not found on this walk.
If PRESENT, report without starting it:
- [ ] Fuel type printed or known: gasoline / propane / dual-fuel / UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Manual present: Y/N · location.
- [ ] Last run date: date or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Fuel on hand: container count, printed container size, and full/partial state — partial volume UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Fuel date/rotation state if the household tracks it: date or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Extension cords rated for the intended use: count or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Transfer switch / interlock exists at the panel: Y/N/UNKNOWN — report only what is visibly installed; do not open the panel.
5C — Carbon-monoxide and electrical safety facts
- [ ] CO alarm in the home: Y/N · location · battery/test date if the household knows it, else UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Smoke alarms: counted by room or UNKNOWN. This survey records presence; it is not a code inspection.
- [ ] Fire extinguisher: count · location · gauge/expiry state if readable without moving it.
5D — Power storage and batteries in bulk
Count:
- [ ] Power banks — each unit’s printed capacity (mAh or Wh) and charge state as displayed, or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Large battery/power station, if present — printed Wh capacity, chemistry if printed (LiFePO4 / other / UNKNOWN), location. Do not plug or unplug anything to test it.
- [ ] UPS units — count, printed VA/Wh if shown, and what each is plugged into, in plain words.
- [ ] Loose/spare batteries in bulk — by printed size, repeating Stop 3A’s method for any stock not already counted.
- [ ] Battery charger for rechargeable cells — present Y/N.
5E — Sanitation and shelter staging in the garage
- [ ] Non-flush toilet kit assembled in one place: Y/N. If the bucket, liners, and absorbent are in different rooms, the kit is NOT ASSEMBLED and each part’s location is reported.
- [ ] Tarps / plastic sheeting: count or UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Basic tool set present: Y/N · location. Count individual tools only if a specific tool is named in a later workstream; the survey needs the set’s existence and location.
- [ ] Duct tape / cordage / work gloves: present Y/N each.
- [ ] Camp stove or grill stored here rather than the kitchen: type, fuel canisters counted by printed size. A grill is recorded as equipment on hand; the Protocol’s outdoor-only and CO rules govern any use.
STOP 6 — PAVILION / MYTH CORNER
Checklist mapping: AZ-5 · §4 Power · §10 Communications/information
Skip a room return if this corner was already graded inside Stop 3 or Stop 5. Report only — unplug nothing, reboot nothing, log into nothing.
Count and report
- [ ] Which machines are physically here: Pavilion / Myth / both / other, in the owner’s words.
- [ ] UPS protection: each machine is on a UPS Y/N/UNKNOWN; UPS printed rating if visible without moving equipment.
- [ ] Power bank or station dedicated to this corner: capacity as printed, or NONE COUNTED / UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Kiwix on the Pavilion: at this moment, the owner reports it RUNNING / NOT RUNNING / UNKNOWN — did not check. A running process is recorded as a momentary state only; the reboot-survival grade belongs to W4’s fixture, not this walk.
- [ ] Offline knowledge stored locally for the household (Kiwix reader/library reachable from a household device): Y/N/UNKNOWN as the owner knows it today.
- [ ] Printed quick-cards / comms plan at this corner: Y/N · location.
- [ ] Any radio equipment stored here that was not counted at Stop 3 or 5: type, count, charger present Y/N.
Privacy: no passwords, keys, tokens, IP inventories, or account screens are survey data. Do not photograph a logged-in screen.
STOP 7 — VEHICLES + FINAL GAP SWEEP
Checklist mapping: AZ-7 · AZ-13 · AZ-14 · §6 Cooling destinations/fuel · §11 Vehicles & fuel
Do this stop last, in daylight if the walk ran long. Report each vehicle separately.
7A — Per vehicle
VEHICLE: [owner’s plain name for it]
Fuel gauge reads: [fraction as displayed, or gallons/litres only if the vehicle itself displays it]
Road-ready by owner’s word: [Y / N / UNKNOWN — reason in plain words if N]
Water container in vehicle: [count · capacity · full/empty/UNKNOWN]
Jumper cables / jump pack: [Y / N / UNKNOWN]
Spare tyre + jack present: [Y / N / UNKNOWN]
Phone charger in vehicle: [Y / N]
- A gauge fraction is recorded as a fraction displayed, never converted into invented gallons.
- A vehicle the owner reports as not running is recorded exactly that way — NOT ROAD-READY — owner-reported — and is excluded from any evacuation-fuel arithmetic.
- Do not start a vehicle solely for this survey if it would be unsafe or pointless to do so; road-readiness may rest on the owner’s word and prints UNKNOWN where he does not state it.
7B — Consumption rates (AZ-13) — collect what the household actually knows
Answer each line with a number or UNKNOWN. A known guess is still a guess; if it is not tracked from use, it is UNKNOWN.
- [ ] Water actually used per day, if the household has any real basis: value or UNKNOWN. (If UNKNOWN, grading uses the planning rate of 3 gal/day and prints that basis.)
- [ ] Food pace: any tracked basis, or UNKNOWN. (Grading otherwise uses ~5,400 kcal/day.)
- [ ] Each counted specific’s use rate: units per day — medications by MED code, Rin’s classes by class, wipes/diapers-class supplies, pet food, generator fuel if a generator exists, and any other daily-use stock counted on the walk.
- [ ] Battery burn: any device whose battery use the household actually tracks, or UNKNOWN for all.
7C — The GAP sweep (AZ-14) — say the quiet lines out loud
Read this list and answer each in one word or a short phrase:
- [ ] Lines I skipped because I could not reach them:
- [ ] Lines I skipped because a label could not be read:
- [ ] Rooms or storage places I did not enter on this walk:
- [ ] Items I believe exist but did not find: (these stay GAP — UNKNOWN, with the belief noted as a search note, never as stock)
- [ ] Items I verified the house does not have: (OWNER-VERIFIED ABSENT lines)
- [ ] Facts that need Mircy’s word before they can be graded:
- [ ] Anything that surprised me:
Then send the closing line:
ACT ZERO WALK COMPLETE — [date] — stops walked: [#–#] —
stops not walked: [list or NONE]
If the walk ends early, send instead:
ACT ZERO WALK PAUSED — [date/time] — last stop completed: [#] —
remaining stops stay NOT WALKED.

GRADING TABLE — SHELL (filled by Muse from the owner’s reports)
Grading basis printed with the result: underlying counts are OWNER-REPORTED, survey date ______. Days of cover are Muse’s arithmetic on those counts: water = counted gal ÷ 3 · food = counted kcal ÷ ~5,400 · a specific = units on hand ÷ units per day (rate source printed per line). A tier is claimed only when every essential section reaches it; any essential UNKNOWN prints the household tier as UNVERIFIED.
